If you'd like to become involved with the Quadra Cedar Hill Community Association, the best way to start is by attending one of our regular community meetings. They take place on the fourth Tuesday of September, November, January, March and May at 7:30pm at the Cedar Hill Rec Centre (3220 Cedar Hill Rd). Our meetings usually feature special presentations by interesting local individuals and groups. Meetings last about two hours.

Membership is $10 per person per calendar year (i.e. January to December).

Neighbourhood Meeting - Revised Real Canadian Superstore Development Permit

The purpose of the meeting is to present information to the community about the changes to the Development Permit Application for a Real Canadian Superstore - to be located at the corner of Tolmie Avenue and Oak Street, immediately north of the Mayfair Shopping Centre.

As you may be are aware, a Development Permit was endorsed by District of Saanich Council in 2006 for the site. Loblaw Properties Ltd. has revised the concept for the site and would like to gather feedback from the community about the proposal. The project team will be available to answer questions and listen to the community’s feedback about the proposed changes.
